This shake is incredibly easy to make, crazy delicious and requires no ice cream. Photo and recipe are from the amazing The Joy of Vegan Baking cookbook (one of my all time faves).
Vegan Chocolate Banana Shake
Ingredients -
2 cups soy milk
2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks and previously frozen
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 tsp. granulated sugar
Directions
1. Combine the milk, banana chunks, cocoa and sugar in a blender and blend until everything is mixed together and there are no lumps of cocoa.
2. Pour the shake into 2 tall glasses. If desired garnish with banana slices and a sprinkling of grated chocolate.
