Anna Sui's Gossip Girl Inspired Line for Target

Personally I cannot decide if I watch Gossip Girl more for the drama or the fashion, so needless to say I was thrilled when I heard Anna Sui is soon to be releasing a line for Target inspired by the four female lead characters of the hit show. The line is going to be available online and at Target stores September 13 - October 17. I have a feeling these budget-friendly must haves are going to be flying off the shelves quicker than you can say 'XOXO'
