I quickly put together this batch of Halloween cookie-pops last night for my sons school Halloween party today. These seriously could not be any easier to make. We used my little guys absolute favorite cookie recipe, Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies, which can be found HERE. Before putting the cookies into the oven we inserted a lollipop stick into each doughy ball. Once the cookies were baked and cooled I drizzled some orange buttercream icing over the top of each one and sprinkled with black and orange sprinkles. Once the icing has set cookie-pops can be wrapped in cellophane and tied with a decorative bow. Let's face it..everything tastes better on a stick!!
