Abracadabra Omelette
My little man and I tried this recipe out last night and was SO much fun. All you need is a freezer bag..and like magic..a perfect omelette appears!!
You will need -
2 large eggs
2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. additional add ins (chopped ham, peppers, mushrooms...or if your little one is fussy just add more cheese!!)
Directions -
1. Bring water to a boil in a medium sized saucepan.
2. Put all ingredients into a freezer bag. Seal tight. Have your little one squeeze, squish and shake the ingredients in the bag until well mixed.
3. Turn down heat of boiling water to medium-low. Place freezer bag in water. Cook uncovered for 12 minutes or until egg is firm. Remove bag from water with tongs. Let cool for 1 minute. Carefully open bag and slide omelette onto plate. Makes 1 PERFECT omelette.
