My recipe publication!!!

I was absolutely thrilled this month when my recipe and photo was featured in the Fall 2008 issue of Kraft What's Cooking magazine. The photo is quite dated, was taken about 2 years ago but the recipe is one of our family favorites. The recipe is now also featured in Kraft's online recipe collection. You can view the recipe HERE I usually prefer to use lean ground chicken to the ground beef and also add in half a chopped onion. ENJOY!!! :)
