Looks good enough to eat right?? My lil sweetheart is real serious about his suckers so this craft pleased him right down to his toes.
What You'll Need -
Brightly colored construction paper
Plastic drinking straws
Scotch tape
Sparkles
Scissors
A glue stick
Something to use as a template for the circles and a pencil (we used a scalloped dish and 2 different sizes drinking glasses)
How-To
1. Have your kiddo pick out the colors they like best for their sweet creation from the construction paper. Trace the circles with your "templates" onto the paper and cut out.
2. Hand your little one a glue stick, 3 varying sizes of construction paper circles and some glitter and see what they come up with.
3. Secure the back of the finished design to a drinking straw with some scotch tape, have junior help of course, and VOILA!! Now go nuts and make as many as your heart contents.
We now have a beautiful bouquet of these lollis that my little guy has decided to proudly display in a decorated paper cup in our kitchen. It's almost like having our own little sweet shop. :)
