We LOVE smoothies. Lately my children have been watching a great deal of Fresh Beat Band and decided one afternoon that they would like to have a smoothie bar of their very own (similar to the "Groovy Smoothie"). While my oldest mixed up pretend smoothies at the smoothie station Mommy got busy in the kitchen mixing up some healthy drinks that everyone will love.

- Lemonade (goes GREAT with fresh berries!!)

- Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, whatever!!)
- Other Fave Fruits (pineapple, pears, banana, kiwi, mango, melon, cherry, etc.)
